Community decisions
OBS encourages discussion, collaboration and consensus for ordinary community matters. Where consensus is not practical, a reasonable community voting process may be used.
Community meetings do not replace the legal powers and responsibilities of the Board, Core Members, Company Secretary or other officers under the Constitution.
